Man Runs Over Wife During Fight

Houston police say an argument between a husband and wife ended with the man allegedly ran over his wife with his pickup truck Saturday night at their apartment complex in Kingwood.
Authorities say during their fight, the couple's dog ran off. The man got into his vehicle to go find it.
When the husband started to drive away, the wife supposedly held on to the side mirror, fell to the ground and was run over. Police say her husband stopped for a moment, but drove away to look for his dog because he thought she was faking.
When he came back home a short time later, he realized she was injured and called 911. She's in the hospital in critical condition.
Investigators say a grand jury will decide if the husband will face charges.

Yesterday evening we were discussing with a friend the dangers of being involved in a heated argument. The conclusion was that an angry person is insane to a certain level. The sane person in an argument should walk away. I guess this is what the husband was trying to do while the wife tried to hold on to the side mirror. The police will be able to establish if this is what actually happened.
