A mentally distressed former Marine attempted a "suicide by cop" by pointing a fake handgun at police in the Orlando International Airport.
He shouted "kill me" and also said he wanted to talk to President Trump, according to police.
Michael Wayne Pettigrew, 26, was arrested after the nearly three hour standoff with the police. He has been charged with aggravated assault on a firefighter. He is was also sent for short-term mental health observation.
