The case of Bill Cosby has ended. Early Saturday morning, the judge declared a mistrial after the jury failed to reach a verdict in the case.
"I remind everyone that this is not vindication or victory," said Montgomery County Judge Steven T.O'Neill." A mistrial is merely the justice system at work."
Cosby's lawyers wanted an acquittal, however they see the mistrial as a victory. Prosecutors immediately stated they are planning to retry the case.
