I got my first ticket the other day. Coming home from a friends house I was going 44 in a 25. The police officer that pulled me over was real cool and he gave me a real big break. On the ticket it was coded as a 3111 and the officer said there wouldn't be any points put on my record. My friend told me today that there would be two points on my license. Can someone tell me if I will be getting points. I live in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
