Halifax County Commonwealth's Attorney Tracy Quackenbush Martin said there wasn't any evidence to indicate Linwood Lambert Jr.'s 2013 death was directly caused by the actions of the police officers. It is the alleged the police officers repeatedly used their stun guns. And they didn't find the police officers criminally negligent when they decided not to transfer him inside the hospital.
