I have been online and I have been engaged in conversation with someone having the username BeaNe. I asked this user if they were actually this person and they said that they were. Throughout the conversation I have had with BeaNe I have been asked if I would like to hang out, how old I was, and state I live in, and if I had told anybody we had talked, in manners that almost seem normal. I was asked to make a video to put online, because I seemed cool and funny. After a couple days I started believe that this BeaNe is a fake. I have not yet notified this person that I believe them to be fake. I was wondering if what this person is doing is a crime and whether I should report it to the authorities, and if so, to whom should I report? I am worried that in addition to the possible crime of online impersonation, this person is a predator. Is this worth reporting and if so where and who?
