What do cops do when on patrol in snowy weather to keep themselves safe? Are chains sufficient if you run into problems and have to pull people over?
While a lot of people slow down in snowy weather, I know there are plenty who do not follow advice and go way too fast. Is this something you have to deal with a lot?
