I travel alot and while I'm driving along a highway I would like to pull over and take some the pictures of the beautiful scenic views. I'm always a little hesitant about pulling over to the side of the highway and getting out of my car and taking some pictures. If a police officer saw me doing this, will he issue me a citation? Is it legal to take pictures along the highway?
