The Miami Police Department says it found a 2-month-old baby girl sitting in a car seat at a car accident scene along with 2 adults, but they say the adults were unconscious -- possibly because of heroin overdoses. Police say was unharmed and placed her with the State's Department of Children and Families. Just days earlier an Ohio police department caused controversy by posting these photos of a 4 year-old child in the back seat of a car, also with 2 nearly-unconscious people in the front.
