Officials have released the investigative records that surrounded Henry Green’s officer involved shooting death.

Two Columbus plainclothes officers who fatally shot Henry Green last year who they stated opened fire on them told authorities they feared for their lives, according to records.

"We have questions about the officers' character. We have questions about the things that are in their
employee record as well and I don't think we'll be able to or the community will be able to hear that if we don't go to trial," said Green's mother, Adrienne Hood.

According to the records, authorities stated Green flashed a gun first, and then he fired it a moments later. Both officers claimed they identified themselves as police officers.

“I pulled my badge out of my from under my shirt. It was displayed on my chest. Silver badge over blue shirt,” said Officer Rosen.

Investigator have acknowledged there are multiple conflicting stories.
