Police explorer in need of a flashlight

I'm going to be a police explorer in the near future and I will need a flashlight. I've narrowed it down to the Streamlight 88040 ProTAC and the Fenix TK11 R5. What do you recommend?

I recommend the Streamlight, costs a little more but I feel its worth it.
