Question about sex offender

I live in Florida. What actions can I take about hear say when my neice is left with a known sex offender, however we have not witnessed it ourselves. This person is still in violation and my neice is in danger. Who can I report this to? I know there is many legal issues here with custody, but I really think this is a Megans law violation.

Is he registered with the proper authorities? If so then it's not a violation.
You can call your state child protection agency and they will look into it.
