I'm thinking about buying a Daisy Red Ryder BB Gun and I noticed that the barrel doesn't have an orange tip. I was always under the impression that all air rifles, pellet guns, and BB guns had to have the orange tip? I live in northern Jersey and I wanted to know is it legal to shoot these in the backyard?
