My friend and I came out of store and the alarm went off and one of the store clerks came out and asks her to come back inside to check her bags. She kind of ignored the clerk and got into her vehicle and we drove off. She told me she didn't take anything. I want to know if the people don't what she took with out paying for it can she still get charged with shoplifting. I did see them write down her license plate.
