Should I just apply everywhere

I've applied to alot of agencies and went to a good amount of interviews. A few places ask me how long I plan on being with them. I really don't know the answer to that. I understand why they ask the question. Should I not look at PD that I don't plan on staying at forever? I really need to get a job, but I don't want to work at a place for a little until something better comes my way. Should I just apply to where I really want to work, or should I get what I can and they move on?

You want to work in a place that you can stay until you retire. You don't want to be that guy that keeps looking for a better thing. It will catch up to you.

If you keep bouncing around, the time will come when nobody will hire you because of your job history.
