Police responded to the Taco Bell located at 633 Liberty Street in Springfield, Massachusetts around 4 a.m.
According to authorities, the customer in question apparently couldn't get anyone to help him at the drive-through.
"He banged on the window and yelled, but nobody would help him," Springfield Police Sgt. John Delaney said.
So the customer parked his car and went to the front door, only to find it locked. The restaurant was open for business and there were customers inside.
He then started to knock on the front door to get the employees attention. Steven Noska, the Taco Bell employee came to the door and the two began to have an argument.
They argued for a while and then Noska allegedly pushed the customer. The two started to physically fight when the suspect Noska, retrieved a BB gun from his vehicle in the parking lot, Delaney said.
The victim told the officer he had been shot a few times by Noska and also struck with the BB gun. Several customers recorded the incident on their cellphones and provided the video to police, Delaney said.
Noska, 26, has been charged with two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery, according to the police report.
"When booked, Noska had bite marks on his arm caused by the victim during the fight over 'no tacos or burritos,'" Delaney said.
Police did not say on whether the customer will be charged with anything for allegedly biting Noska.
Steven Noska was released on $250 bail after pleading not guilty.

It takes two to tangle; no one is innocent in this case. The employee should have had more sense because it is said that the customer is always right. It is a fact that when one is pushed too far they break. It seems like this employee was ready to close up when the customer showed up. I hope that his punishment is not too severe.
