Teacher Accused Of Sexual Relationships With Three Students

A 28-year-old female teacher was arrested Friday for allegedly having inappropriate relationship with three high school boys this school year.
Ashley Parkins Pruitt, married mother of one son, is an English and physical education teacher at Appalachian High School in Oneonta, Alabama.
According to court documents filed in Blout County, Alabama, the alleged incidents took place with three different students during August, September and October.
In October, Pruitt allegedly sent explicit pictures of her private parts via Snapchat to a student identified in the documents as “Victim #1,†a male under the age of 18.
It’s also alleged that she had multiple sexually explicit conversations with him and said, among other things, she desired to take the victim's virginity.
Also during October, Pruitt allegedly had oral sex with a male student under the age of 19 who is identified in the documents as “Victim #2.â€
The alleged incident took place in a parked car in Oneonta. She is also alleged using Snapchat to arrange the tryst and having several sexually explicit conversations with the alleged victim.
Pruitt allegedly had sexual contact with “Victim #3", a male student under the age of 19 during the months of August and September
According to the documents the alleged incidents also took place in Oneonta in a parked car that included “kissing†and “making out.†Pruitt is also alleged to have sent him sexually explicit messages via Snapchat.
Police say Pruitt turned herself in on Thursday afternoon and was booked in to the Blount County Jail.
She paid a percentage of her $215,000 bond and has been released.
Pruitt is charged with two counts of providing pornography to a minor, two counts of sex act with a student, one count of sex contact with a student.
“It’s heartbreaking,†said Blount County Schools Superintendent James Carr. “These are the people we entrust our young people to."
Superintendent James Carr also said that Pruitt is presently on administrative leave with pay.

I'm glad they bounced her azz in jail. Which is were she belongs. Remove the trash from the school system. Children deserve real teachers.
 
Again a female teacher abusing students, what's happening with teachers these days, don't they realize what their job is?
 
It's a shame, as a parent I really would not care if a teacher had oral sex with my 19 year old, what's wrong with that? :D

But what if your child was a minor?

As I mentioned before, the scenario is usually seen and judged differently when the child is a male and the perp a female. The other way around, the book is thrown at the guy. But to me, it makes no difference and should be handled the same.

This just goes on to show the level of moral decay in our society.We entrust our kids with these teachers and look what they do to them! What a shame.
 
She's supposed to be in a position of responsibility, and then she does something like this! I guess that may well have been one reason she was attracted to the profession in the first place. I hope she gets help.
