Last night I was out on my motorcycle. When it got dark out I noticed my headlight wasn't working. After I flipped the high-low it went on. My friend was riding his motorcyle and had pulled over and was waiting for me. While he was sitting there on the side of the road a police officer pulled over and asked for my friends information. Can he really do that?
