- 2-year-old Drances Conner somehow crawled into a pool, unnoticed by other children playing next to it. He had slipped away from his parents in the front yard to join the children in back of the Wade Avenue home, slipping through a closed, but damaged fence. A CPD body cam on a trial run during a pilot program captured the amazing rescue by two responding police officers and a CPR-trained relative.
