Video: Mom: 911 didn't help my trapped infant

While this is terrible, I have to admit that the phone call the mother made did not seem all that "real" or even worried. Seeing as it only just happened and she knew the child was okay for another short time more, I see why she was calm but even at that it was absolutely terrible that the dispatcher just hung up on her. That actually shocked me. What if it was another more severe situation and they did that?

This 911 dispatcher was seriously in the wrong.
Temperatures can climb enough to kill a child in less than 15 minutes locked inside a car. This uneducated dispatcher should be put on probation for this, it was a serious offense as far as I am concerned. If a mom had purposely left this child in the car in the heat, social services is trained to remove the child from the parents' custody as it is child endangerment.
