Police in Fayetteville, North Carolina came to the rescue of a mother and baby while patrolling streets flooded by Hurricane Matthew. Officers used Facebook Live as they drove around in a special military vehicle designed to drive through water, to show how serious the situation is and to encourage people to stay in their houses. That's when they happened upon a woman with her baby in desperate need of help. Officers backed up to the car and formed a human chain to rescue them.
