An honor to complete my 22 day push up challenge for 22 days for the post traumatic stress disorder awareness. I wanted to make this last day highly meaningful and real to those that have been watching me for the last 22 days posting on Facebook about PTSD. I did this challenge even during my week holiday in Vancouver and Victoria, Whistler and then back home here in Okotoks. The last day I was thrilled when FIre Chief Ken Thevenot accepted my request to come and do my last day of this challenge with them at the fire hall, here in my town of Okotoks.
