On Thursday June 30th, around 11 a.m. Officer Mulhern and Officer Weaver were taking a quick lunch break in a local Subway. A man approached them who was in distress. Officers noticed that the man was choking and sprung into action. Officer Mulhern utilized his training and administered back blows and the Heimlich maneuver. Due to the officers' quick actions, the man's airway was cleared and all were able to finish enjoying their meals
