A Puerto Rican police officer was killed in a motorcycle crash. Lieutenant Rivera-Santiago died Monday, September 5, 2016 after colliding with a truck on his way to work.
Lieutenant Rivera-Santiago was with the Puerto Rico Police Department for thirty years. He is survived by his wife and six children.
