Weekly schedule

I was wondering about a cops weekly schedule. How many days a week will someone work if they are part-time, and how many days will someone work if they are full-time. Can someone who is full time work 7 days straight? If not, what is the most amount of hours that a full-time cop can work.

I think it varies greatly based on vocation. Some police officers I know work shifts, 2-3 days straight on, and then 2 days off. It means that they occasionally miss entire weekends, and have holidays when everyone else is working on the weekdays!
