What kind of fitness and weight training do you do?

I never got into heavy lifting. I like to focus on some sort of circuit training with a heavy emphasis on core strength.

I just do a basic five day split, leaving me with two rest days.

Day 1: Shoulders, back, biceps

Day 2: Legs

Day 3: Chest, triceps

Day 4: Cardio, core

Day 5: Biceps, triceps, forearms

I do a little bit of cardio and core every day, but I do a lot of it on day 4.

Day 1: Forearms
Day 2: Legs
Day 3: Torso..completely and diamond pushups for triceps.
Day 4: Shoulder..
Day 5..Just some Yoga and heavy weights..I make sure i do cardio too every other day..

You dedicate a whole day to your forearms?

As a side note, I would suggest splitting up "torso" day into multiple days. Working out your biceps, triceps, pecs, abs, obliques, lats, traps, etc., all in the same day is going to burn you out. You're not going to get nearly as good of a workout per muscle than you would if you split the muscle groups up.
