A woman was arrested after blocking traffic near the Tower Bridge and indicated she had a bomb in her vehicle. Police had cordoned off the area around Tower Bridge in Sacramento on Tuesday, after the woman had blocked the bridge with her vehicle claiming to have a bomb inside. The driver later surrendered to West Sacramento police after a reported two-hour standoff.
