I've never found bones in my yard. Frankly, I didn't search for them exclusively but still. It would be quite a scary experience. I think I would freak out for a little bit thinking what happened in my courtyard and why are bones in my courtyard.

I think shooting someone is justified when that person is putting your or other people's life in danger. Officers are trained to lethally shoot everyone that is dangerous and isn't cooperating so I think that that's a reasonable solution.
