Babies can be very annoying at that stage, since they do not communicate,but it does not give us permission to treat them like that, it only makes them hurt more, then they will cry more and they will get hurt more, so you are right,some people should not hae babies.

Pepper spray is much better to use than a taser gun, pepper spray does hurt and it also tingles the skin, and with time the effects eventually wear down, but a taser gun has some great side effects, it can even give one a lifetime heart condition.

Yes they are permitted to use lethal force, but this days they use lethal force even when the victim is unarmed, they seem to use it whenever they feel like it.
