What can I do?

There has been a car on the side of the street next to my house for a few nights now and I have seen a couple of guys in there with the lights off. They are usually out there between 2 and 3 am in the morning. Should I go out there and confront them or call 911? Can the police do anything if they are just sitting out there?

Don't go out and confront them. You can call the Police Department and they will send an officer out. When you call don't use 911, call the local number for the PD.
