If there really was a way to know if these people that commit these atrocities are mentally insane and damaged as opposed to just plain evil and barbaric then I would be for the death penalty. Unfortunately even with every single psychological test administered you can never be 100% sure. But...

When I started reading this thread I thought Die Hard 3 LOL. He is entitled to his opinions and views though just as the rest of us. Even if they are misguided or inappropriate. Guy is in way too many movies though. Does he ever pass up a role ?

The police station I have near me is equipped with its own gym. I have heard several other districts have the same. So I think there is some type of fitness test that officers have to undergo. I don't know how frequent it is.

They should not have to undergo marine training or anything but officers should not be grossly overweight or obese. If a suspect saw that the officer in no way can out run him or was out of shape he/she may run or even get violent. Then things will escalate for no reason. I agree with a certain...

I mean you hear about things that happen around the world sometimes and you wonder if the attacker really was of sound mind or mentally insane. But even if the person were mentally ill, if they were capable of such violent or atrocious acts then wouldn't society be better off without them ...

I have seen posts from all different posters from around the world. While the main issues of the forum are ones involving the police in the United States, I don't think anyone is restricted from making threads about police incidents in their country.

Thankfully no I have never been arrested in my life.

I usually feel lethargic by mid day. While I doubt I will enjoy the taste of green tea, you are not the only one that has commented on its energy boosting abilities. I may have to give it a try. Even if I have to just gulp it down. :)

I could add 100 to your list. I rather not contemplate on horrible acts that deserve the death penalty though.
