I would change the whole deal with the ticket system. Cops sometimes have quotas... And they give tickets for no/subtle reasons.

Not necessarily. I think it's based on strength and skill wise rather than height restriction/limit. I remember seeing a cop that was around 4-5ft and she was damn strong.

Both sides should receive the same amount of respect that they give. The police and civilian both have no right to disrespect each other. Although in this relationship usually you would favor the police, it's not always like that in society.

I also have the same question. Have you always expected the job to be like what it is now? Is being a police fun? I mean, you are a law enforcer, you keep the civilians safe and protected.
